Abstract:
In order to provide an X-ray tube device having a structure that is capable of improving cooling efficiency and especially avoiding excess heating of a rotation axis receptacle, and to provide an X-ray CT device wherein said X-ray tube device is installed, an X-ray tube device comprises: a cathode that emits an electron beam; an anode that is positioned in opposition to the cathode and that radiates X-rays by being irradiated by the electron beam; a casing apparatus that retains the cathode and the anode in a vacuum environment; and an anode rotation drive unit that rotates the anode. The anode further comprises a dual-structure cylindrical part on the rear side of the face that is in opposition to the cathode. The inner side cylinder part of the cylindrical part is connected to a rotation axis receptacle, and the outer side cylinder part of the cylindrical part has a length that extends to the vicinity of the casing apparatus. Heat transmission from the outer side cylinder part to the casing apparatus is promoted in order to alleviate heat transmission to the inner side cylinder part that is connected to the rotation axis receptacle.
