Abstract:
A wrapping transmission device (1) transmits the driving force of a prime mover (2) to a driven shaft (6), using a wrapping intermediary section (10) suspended between a driving wheel (4) that can rotate around a driving shaft (3) and a driven wheel (5) that can rotate around the driven shaft (6). The wrapping transmission device (1) comprises: a housing (20) that makes up an encapsulating structure encapsulating a space (60) in which the wrapping intermediary section (10) is positioned; a support body (40) that is a first support body supporting the prime mover (2); and a support body (8) that is a second support body rotatably supporting the driven shaft (6). At least one of the support body (40) and the support body (8) is attached to the housing (20) and forms one section of the encapsulating structure.
