Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to suitably set a control gain in feedback control while suppressing an increase in device size. The invention comprises: one or more motion guide devices; a table on which a workpiece is placed; an actuator that applies a drive force to the table; a control unit that performs transportation control by feedback control; and a calculation unit that calculates a transportation load applied from the workpiece to a movement member in each of said one or more motion guide devices. A control gain related to the feedback control in the transportation control is adjusted on the basis of the transportation load in each of said one or more motion guide devices.
