Abstract:
Provided is a work machine capable of appropriately switching between prevention of reduction of riding comfort caused by inertial force generated when a hydraulic actuator is braked, and work using inertial force. In this work machine, when an operating device has been operated from an activated position toward a neutral position and the actual operating speed of the operating device is less than a sudden operation threshold (S21: Yes), a spool is moved from a supply/discharge position toward a cutoff position at a first speed slower than a reference speed associated with the operation speed (S25 and S27 to S29), and when the operation speed is equal to or greater than the sudden operation threshold (S21: No), the spool is moved from the supply/discharge position toward the cutoff position at a second speed faster than the first speed (S26 to S29).
