Abstract:
The present invention provides a work machine management device and a work machine management system that make it possible to improve the accuracy of determining whether or not oil in a drive device of a work machine has been replaced with genuine oil. A management server manages oil used in a drive device of a hydraulic shovel. The management server comprises: an oil replacement history creation unit that acquires a measurement value of a property of target oil from an oil sensor which is mounted on the hydraulic shovel and that creates a target oil replacement history on the basis of a change in the property of the target oil; a worker access history creation unit that acquires access information indicative of access by the worker to the hydraulic shovel and that creates a history of access by the worker to the hydraulic shovel on the basis of the access information; and an oil type determination unit that determines, on the basis of the target oil replacement history and the access history of the worker, the oil type of target oil which has been used for replacement at a replacement timing corresponding to the replacement history.
