Abstract:
Disclosed is a wiring harness apparatus capable of automatically processing various kinds of terminals. The wiring harness apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a terminal cutting unit which cuts and separates terminals from a band unit, the terminals being arranged at certain intervals and connected to the band unit of a strip wound on a reel; a terminal transport unit which transports the terminals cut by the terminal cutting unit to pressing positions where the terminals are coupled to a coating portion of a wire; a terminal alignment unit which aligns the terminals transported to the pressing positions so that a pressing work can be carried out at exact positions; and a pressing unit which couples the terminals, which are aligned on the terminal alignment unit, through a compression-processing of the terminals by using a mold press.
