Provided are wireless communication methods, terminals, and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal starts a first timer, wherein the first timer is associated with an MCG failure information message for rapid MCG recovery, the first timer comprises a first duration and a second duration, the first duration corresponds to an activated state of an SCG, and the second duration corresponds to a deactivated state of the SCG. The embodiment of the present application introduces a duration corresponding to the deactivated state of the SCG for the first timer, and thus rapid MCG recovery in a scenario where an SCG is deactivated can be better supported.
