The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology which makes it possible to easily secure a wire harness when assembling a vehicle, even when forming a clamp hole and securing by a clamp is not appropriate for the attachment site. This wire harness securing structure is equipped with: a plate-shaped member that includes a first layer and a second layer that is more flexible than the first layer; and a wire harness that includes an electric wire arranged along the plate-shaped member, and a securing member which secures the electric wire to the plate-shaped member and is attached to the electric wire. The securing member is equipped with: a penetrating/fastening part which is formed so as to be capable of penetrating the first layer, and is fastened in said state of penetration; a control part which is provided at a distance from the penetrating/fastening part and prevents the penetrating/fastening part from poking the surface of the plate-shaped member; and a columnar part for connecting the penetrating/fastening part and the control part to one another.
