Abstract:
A winch comprising a coupling A (14), a coupling B (18), a rectangular spring (17), a gear (13), a rack (28), a friction ring (16), a transmission shaft (5), etc. By increasing a spacing between adjacent inner teeth of a second-stage planetary gear carrier (20), even if the elasticity of a spring A (19) deteriorates, a third-stage sun gear (21) can be smoothly inserted into the second-stage planetary gear carrier (20), such that a meshing width of the third-stage sun gear (21) and the second-stage planetary gear carrier (20) meets a normal requirement. The design of a slide ring gear (22) and a spring C (50) greatly reduces teeth collisions that occur when outer teeth of the third-stage sun gear (21) enter the spacing between the inner teeth of the second-stage planetary gear carrier (20), and also protects tooth integrity of the third-stage sun gear (21) and the second-stage planetary gear carrier (20). When friction failure occurs on the rectangular spring (17) due to long-term use, the rack (28) and a slider (30) can be slid into a tooth slot (29) in the friction ring (16) so as to achieve complete braking of the coupling B (18) and the friction ring (16), thereby establishing an indirect braking relationship between the transmission shaft (5) and a roller (3).
