Abstract:

A hydraulic excavator having a hydraulic cutout valve (41) for blocking pressurized oil to a PPC valve, a lock switch for operating the hydraulic cutout valve (41), and a control device (43) for controlling switching of the hydraulic cutout valve (41). The control device (43) has a lock state determination means (51) for determining a state of locking by the lock switch, a traveling state determination means (56) for determining a traveling state of the hydraulic excavator, an alarm annunciation control means (57) for annunciating, when the hydraulic excavator (10) is determined that it is traveling and that a working machine is not in a lock state, an alarm for urging a working machine to be locked, and a relay control means (52) for activating the hydraulic cutout valve (41) to block pressurized oil.
