Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a wheel bearing which mounts the wheel of a vehicle to a vehicle body to be rotatable and supports the wheel. A wheel bearing assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a wheel hub provided with a wheel mounting flange; at least one inner wheel press-fitted and mounted on the outer circumference of the wheel hub; an outer wheel provided with a vehicle body-side mounting flange; and a plurality of rolling elements supporting the wheel hub to be rotatable relative to the outer wheel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an accommodation space which can accommodate the rolling element of a constant velocity joint may be provided in the end portion of the wheel hub at the vehicle body side, and a recess formed to be recessed to the outer side in the radial direction may be provided in the inner circumference of the accommodation space. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of recesses are provided to be spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction, and the length of the recess in the axial direction may be 50% or greater of the length of the wheel hub in the axial direction.
