Abstract:
Disclosed are a wet oxidation treatment system and a treatment process for organic solid waste. The wet oxidation treatment system comprises a sludge storage tank, a pipeline-type self-heat exchange and reaction assembly, a reaction sludge pressure storage tank, a mechanical dewatering unit, a sewage tank, a sludge pump and a water injection pump. The sludge pump can achieve mixing of sludge with injected process water, thereby eliminating the need for conditioning in a conditioning tank in traditional processes. By means of the sludge-sludge heat exchange and a wet oxidation reaction in the pipeline-type self-heat exchange and reaction assembly, a pressure drop can be regulated by controlling the proportion of a reaction gas remaining in the pipeline-type self-heat exchange and reaction assembly. Using the reaction sludge pressure storage tank to store a part of the pressure energy of the reaction sludge and initially sedimenting the reaction sludge can not only reduce the regulating range of regulating valves and prolong the valve life, but also can use the pressure energy for the dewatering of the reaction sludge and the re-injection of the supernatant for conditioning. Therefore, most of the heat in the process is fully recovered, the energy consumption of the process is greatly reduced, and the product can be utilized as a resource, thereby achieving significant environmental protection and economic benefits.
