Claims:
CLAIMS The sports equipment (A) with a bench (130), which is used in weight training, one of the exercises performed preferably for wellness and physical fitness in daily life, and which has a leverage chassis (200) connected to the main chassis (100) by means of the leverage connection (1 11 ), weights and measurement group (400), characterized by a weight mechanism (300) in the sports equipment (A) with a bench (130), which is configured to perform an adjustment process in a practical way by collecting the weights at one point on the side profiles (200) of the leverage chassis (210) and moving them at once, and by observing the amount of weight to be exercised by the sportsperson from the measurement group;

— which is connected onto the opposite side profiles (210) of the leverage chassis (200) connected to the main chassis (100) by means of the leverage connection (111 ), which is made idle by separating the locking latches (342) from the locking clearances (341 ) by raising the control lever (343) of the locking group (340) connected to the body group (310) and the weight plates (320) fixed to the positioning clearance (320) between I. and II. bodies (312-313) connected to each other by means of the bottom plate (31 1 ) and fastening shafts (314), and which allows the amount of weight to be exercised to be adjusted by the sportsperson on the sports equipment (A) in a practical way by moving the rollers (331 ) made of plastic material belonging to the actuating group (330) horizontally to the right/left on the side profiles (210), and by performing the fastening process via the locking group (340) after the body group (310) is brought to the appropriate weight. A weight mechanism (300) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the weight mechanism (300) comprises a body group (310), in which the weight plates (320) are fixed to the positioning clearance (315) between I. and II. bodies (312-313) connected to each other by means of the bottom plate (31 1 ) and the fastening shafts (314), and

• which has I. body (312) connected to one of the side profiles (210) by means of the actuating group (330), and II. body (313) connected to another one of the side profiles (210) by means of the actuating group (330). A weight mechanism (300) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the weight mechanism (300) comprises

— the weight plates (320) which are fixed to the positioning clearance (315) between I. body (312) and II. body (313) belonging to the body group (310). A weight mechanism (300) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the weight mechanism (300) comprises

— an actuating group (330), which allows the amount of weight to be exercised to be adjusted by moving the body group (310), thus the weight mechanism (300), on the side profiles (210) by connecting separately to I. body (312) and II. body (313) of the body group (300), and

• which has the rollers of plastic material (331 ) connected to the rear and side plates (312.1 -312.2) of I. body (312) and II. body (313) by means of the bearings (331.1 ) and the connecting shafts (332). A weight mechanism (300) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the weight mechanism (300) comprises a locking group (340), which allows the body group (310) moved on the side profiles (210) by means of the actuating group (330) connected to I. body (312) and II. body (313), thus the weight mechanism (300), to be fastened at the specified weight, and

• which has the locking clearances (341 ) formed in the lower parts of the side profiles (210), the locking latch (342) separately connected to both of the rear plates (312.1 ) by means of the latch connection (342.1 ) unlocked to allow the fastening process of the weight mechanism (300) to be performed during engaging the specified locking clearances (341 ), and to allow the weight adjustment of the weight mechanism (300) to be performed during the user-controlled removal, and the control lever (343) providing the user-controlled movement of the locking latches (342). A weight mechanism (300) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a weight mechanism (300) applied to all sports equipment of all kinds with a leverage chassis (200) connected to the main chassis (100), in which the weight training will be performed with a bench (130) or without a bench (130), by means of a leverage connection (1 11 ).

A WEIGHT MECHANISM DEVELOPED FOR SPORTS EQUIPMENT WITH A LEVERAGE CHASSIS CONNECTED TO THE MAIN CHASSIS

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to sports equipment with a bench, which is used in weight training, one of the exercises performed preferably for wellness and physical fitness in daily life, and which has a leverage chassis connected to the main chassis by means of the leverage connection, weights and measurement group.

In the sports equipment with a bench, which is used in weight training, one of the exercises performed preferably for wellness and physical fitness in daily life, and which has a leverage chassis connected to the main chassis by means of the leverage connection, weights and measurement group, the invention particularly relates to a weight mechanism which is configured to perform an adjustment process in a practical way by collecting the weights at one point on the side profiles of the leverage chassis and moving them at once, and by observing the amount of weight to be exercised by the sportsperson from the measurement group;

- which is connected onto the opposite side profiles of the leverage chassis connected to the main chassis by means of the leverage connection, which is made idle by separating the locking latches from the locking clearances by raising the control lever of the locking group connected to the body group and the weight plates fixed to the positioning clearance between I. and II. bodies connected to each other by means of the bottom plate and fastening shafts, and which allows the amount of weight to be exercised to be adjusted by the sportsperson on the sports equipment in a practical way by moving the rollers made of plastic material belonging to the actuating group horizontally to the right/left on the side profiles, and by performing the fastening process via the locking group after the body group is brought to the appropriate weight.

PRIOR ART The sports equipment with a bench is used in weight training, one of the exercises performed preferably for wellness and physical fitness in daily life, which has a leverage chassis connected to the main chassis by means of the leverage connection, weights and measurement group.

The weight plates used to determine the amount of weight to be exercised on said sports equipment with a bench are connected separately on the side profiles of the leverage chassis. In order to adjust the amount of weight to be lifted in the sports equipment with a bench, the adjustment process is performed by separately moving the weight plates connected in the movable structure on the opposite side profiles of the leverage chassis. A number of disadvantages were observed in this process. These disadvantages are as follows:

It takes a long time since the amount of weight can be adjusted by separately moving the weights that are separately connected to both side profiles of the leverage chassis.

In the adjustment process of the amount of weight to be lifted, when the weights connected to both side profiles independently of each other are moved on the side profiles and the weight amount is not adjusted to the same value, the amount of weight to be lifted by the sportsperson during training is different in one of the side profiles and in the other, thus causing the contraction of the lever chassis connected to the main chassis by means of the leverage connection, the difficulty for the sportsperson, and the damage to the muscles due to the contraction.

As a result, due to the disadvantages encountered in the state of the art and described above, it is necessary to make the improvements in the relevant technical field.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

Due to the disadvantages existing in the prior art, the object of the invention is to solve all the described disadvantages.

In the sports equipment with a bench, which is used in weight training, object of the exercises performed preferably for wellness and physical fitness in daily life, and which has a leverage chassis connected to the main chassis by means of the leverage connection, weights and measurement group, the object of the invention is to provide a weight mechanism which is configured to perform an adjustment process in a practical way by collecting the weights at one point on the side profiles of the leverage chassis and moving them at once, and by observing the amount of weight to be exercised by the sportsperson from the measurement group;

- which is connected onto the opposite side profiles of the leverage chassis connected to the main chassis by means of the leverage connection, which is made idle by separating the locking latches from the locking clearances by raising the control lever of the locking group connected to the body group and the weight plates fixed to the positioning clearance between I. and II. bodies connected to each other by means of the bottom plate and fastening shafts, and which allows the amount of weight to be exercised to be adjusted by the sportsperson on the sports equipment in a practical way by moving the rollers made of plastic material belonging to the actuating group horizontally to the right/left on the side profiles, and by performing the fastening process via the locking group after the body group is brought to the appropriate weight.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Fig. 1 shows the representative general and detailed views of the sports equipment (A) with a bench (130), which is used in weight training, one of the exercises performed preferably for wellness and physical fitness in daily life, and which has a weight mechanism (300) according to the invention.

The sports equipment (A) consists of

- a main chassis (100) with the rear uprights (1 10), support (120) and bench (130),

- a leverage chassis (200) which is connected to the main chassis (110) by means of the leverage connection (11 1 ), has a weight mechanism (300) allowing the weight amount to be exercised to be moved, fastened and connected thereon and to be adjusted, and consists of the opposite side profiles (210) with the handles (220) on the end parts, a weight mechanism (300) according to the invention, which allows the adjustment process of the amount of weight to be exercised to be performed by the sportsperson by collecting the weight plates (320) at one point on the side profiles (210) of the leverage chassis (200) and moving them at once,

- a measurement group (400) which allows the amount of weight to be exercised to be performed during moving the weight mechanism (300) on the horizontal profiles, and has an indicator arrow (420) connected to I. body (312) and II. body (313) of the weight mechanism (300) and to the ruler (410) connected to the side part of the side profiles (210) in order to display the values on the ruler (410). In the sports equipment (A) with a bench (130), the weight mechanism (300) according to the invention, which allows the adjustment process of the amount of weight to be exercised to be performed in a practical way by the sportsperson by collecting the weight plates (320) at one point, consists of

- a body group (310), in which the weight plates (320) are fixed to the positioning clearance (315) between I. and II. bodies (312-313) connected to each other by means of the bottom plate (311 ) and the fastening shafts (314), and o which has I. body (312) connected to one of the side profiles (210) by means of the actuating group (330), and II. body (313) connected to another one of the side profiles (210) by means of the actuating group (330),

- the weight plates (320) which are fixed to the positioning clearance (315) between I. body (312) and II. body (313) belonging to the body group (310),

- an actuating group (330), which allows the amount of weight to be exercised to be adjusted by moving the body group (310), thus the weight mechanism (300), on the side profiles (210) by connecting separately to I. body (312) and II. body (313) of the body group (300), and o which has the rollers of plastic material (331 ) connected to the rear and side plates (312.1 -312.2) of I. body (312) and II. body (313) by means of the bearings (331.1 ) and the connecting shafts (332),

- a locking group (343), which allows the body group (310) moved on the side profiles (210) by means of the actuating group (330) connected to I. body (312) and II. body (313), thus the weight mechanism (300), to be fastened at the specified weight, and o which has the locking clearances (341 ) formed in the lower parts of the side profiles (210), the locking latch (342) separately connected to both of the rear plates (312.1 ) by means of the latch connection (342.1 ) unlocked to allow the fastening process of the weight mechanism (300) to be performed during engaging the specified locking clearances (341 ), and to allow the weight adjustment of the weight mechanism (300) to be performed during the user-controlled removal, and the control lever (343) providing the user-controlled movement of the locking latches (342).

As seen in Fig. 3, I. body (312) and II. body (313) of the body group (310) are connected to each other by means of the bottom plate (311 ) and fastening shafts (314). I. body (312) and II. body (313) consist of the rear plate (312.1 ), side plates (312.2) with the running clearances (312.2.1 ), front plates (312.3) and upper plate (312.4). Said I. body (312) and II. body (313) consists of the rear plate (312.1 ), side plates (312.2) with the running clearances (312.2.1 ), front plates (312.3) and upper plate (312.4), as well as can be produced in a monolithic structure.

While using the sports equipment (A) with a bench (130), having the weight mechanism (300) according to the invention, the sportsperson initially adjusts the amount of weight by moving the weight mechanism (300) on the side profiles (210) in order to determine the amount of weight to be exercised/lifted. As seen in Figs. 4 and 5, in this process, the sportsperson lifts the control lever (343) of the locking group (340) upwards. In this stage, both latches (342) connected to the control lever (343) are moved down on the axis of the latch connection (342.1 ) and separated from the locking clearances (341 ) in the lower part of the side profiles (210), and the body group (310) and thus the weight mechanism (300) are released. Afterwards, the sportsperson moves the weight mechanism (300) on the side profiles (210) of the rollers (331 ) of the actuating group (330) towards the handle (22) in order to increase the amount of weight, and towards the leverage connection (1 1 1 ) in order to reduce it.

The amount of weight is observed by means of the measurement group (400). As seen in Fig. 6, the user releases the control lever (343) in the fastening process of the amount of weight to be exercised, by coinciding the value on the ruler (410) connected to the side profiles (210) with the indicator arrow (420) during the movement of the weight mechanism (300) on the side profiles (210). In this stage, the control lever (343) moves down under its own weight, and the locking latches (342) engage into the locking clearances (341 ) in line therewith in the lower part of the side profiles (210), and the amount of weight is adjusted in a practical way. After adjusting the amount of weight, the sportsperson lies on the bench (130) shown in Fig. 1 , and performs the weight training by holding the handles (220) with her/his hands and moving the leverage chassis (200) up/down on the axis of the leverage connection (1 1 1 ).

The weight mechanism (300) according to the invention can be applied to all sports equipment of all kinds with a leverage chassis (200) connected to the main chassis (100), in which the weight training will be performed with a bench (130) or without a bench (130), by means of a leverage connection (11 1 ).
