Abstract:
A wearable electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a display module comprising a display and a touch circuit; a sensor module comprising a first sensor and a second sensor; a memory; and a processor operatively connected to the display module, the sensor module, and the memory, wherein the processor may be configured to: identify, by using the first sensor, whether the wearable electronic device is worn on a wrist of a user; when the wearable electronic device is worn on a wrist of the user, monitor a state of the wearable electronic device by using the second sensor; identify whether the wearable electronic device is in a first state or in a second state; and when the wearable electronic device is in the first state, control touch sensitivity or a touch area of the display module. Various other embodiments can be possible.
