Abstract:
The present invention provides a waveguide photoelectric detector integrated with an antenna, a system thereof, and a signal sending method. The waveguide photoelectric detector integrated with an antenna comprises: a photoelectric detector, N optical waveguides, and an antenna, wherein N is a positive integer. The antenna is arranged on a substrate, a feed gap is formed at the position of the axis of symmetry of two arms of the antenna, and the photoelectric detector is arranged in the feed gap; the N optical waveguides are formed on the substrate, and the photoelectric detector is connected to the optical waveguides to acquire an optical carrier radio frequency signal transmitted on the optical waveguides. According to the present invention, a feed gap is formed at the position of the axis of symmetry of two arms of the antenna, and the photoelectric detector is arranged in the feed gap, so that the antenna and the photoelectric detector can be integrated on a same device of a same chip, thereby improving the integration levels of the optical integrated circuit and the system.
