Abstract:
A waterproof manual reset temperature controller, comprising a temperature controller main body (21) and a reset push rod (13); the temperature controller main body (21) comprises a casing, the casing being formed by assembling an upper casing (18) and a lower casing (10) together; the casing is internally provided with a washer (9), a dual metal element (8), a top column (5), a contact plate (3), a first contact (4), a second contact (6) and a spring piece (7); the dual metal element (8) is disposed at a bottom portion of the lower casing (10), and the washer (9) is located above the dual metal element (8); the top column (5) is inserted into the washer (9); the contact plate (3) is connected to an upper end of the top column (5); the first contact (4) is disposed on the contact plate (3); the reset push rod (13) is inserted into the upper casing (18), and the spring piece (7) is disposed at a lower end of the reset push rod (13), the second contact (6) being disposed on the spring piece (7). The waterproof manual reset temperature controller has a simple structure, has a scientific design, and may prevent water from entering into the interior of the temperature controller main body (21). The controller is convenient to operate, may achieve manual reset, and is highly sensitive, thereby being capable of better satisfying the needs of actual use.
