Abstract:
A waterbased paint coating line, comprising an assembling region (2), a pool group region (3), a first drying room region (4), a powder spraying region (5), and a second drying room region (6) that are sequentially arranged. A power and free chain (1) penetrates through the foregoing regions; and by means of a power and free chain hanger, the power and free chain (1) lifts a member to be coated. According to the waterbased paint coating line, the assembling region, the pool group region, the first drying room region, the powder spraying region, and the second drying room region are sequentially arranged in a factory building, and by means of the penetration of the power and free chain, it is convenient to coat a member to be coated having the large size and weight with a waterbased paint, and a plurality of members to be coated having the small size can be simultaneously and uniformly coated, and thus, the coating efficiency of the paint is higher.
