Abstract:
In order to perform a waste water treatment complying with waste water standards in fluorination treatment of waste water, and reduce the amount of flocculant-derived sludge due to excessive addition of a chemical agent, an aluminum injection rate calculation unit 208 calculates an aluminum injection rate on the basis of the fluorine concentration C0 in waste water and an adsorption isotherm in a fluorination treatment tank 100 determined in advance, an aluminum injection rate correction unit 209 calculates a corrected aluminum injection rate by correcting the aluminum injection rate calculated by the aluminum injection rate calculation unit 208 using a correction coefficient based on the history of the fluorine concentration C1 of treated water, and a chemical agent addition amount calculation unit 210 calculates the addition amount of an aluminum salt which is to be added to the waste water on the basis of the corrected aluminum injection rate.
