Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water treatment device and a water treatment method with which it is possible to improve separability between water components that are difficult to separate, such as lithium water and normal water. This water treatment device 1 pressurizes incorporated water to 250 MPa with a pressurizing device 10. The pressurized water passes through a pressurized water jetting unit 20 and is jetted and caused to collide, thereby imparting a large amount of energy to the water. The pressurized water jetting unit 20 is installed inside a centrifugal separator 30, and therefore the water, the hydrogen bond effect of which is reduced due to the large amount of energy, can be immediately subjected to a centrifugal separation treatment inside the centrifugal separator 30, and a light water component and a heavy water component can be separated efficiently.
