Abstract:
A water mixing valve for large-capacity liquid at fixed proportion and in batches, comprising: a valve body (100) having a first liquid inlet cavity (101), a second liquid inlet cavity (102), and a mixing cavity (103); a first valve core (200) for controlling the liquid intake of the first liquid inlet cavity (101); a second valve core (300) for controlling the liquid intake of the second liquid inlet cavity (102); a liquid discharge valve core (400) for controlling the liquid discharge; and a rotating shaft (500) provided with a first impeller (600) and a second impeller (700). The first impeller (600) and the second impeller (700) can each alternately control the communication or separation of the first liquid inlet cavity (101) and the second liquid inlet cavity (102), and the second liquid inlet cavity (102) and the mixing cavity (103). The first impeller (600) and the second impeller (700) are symmetrically arranged along the rotating shaft (500). When the first liquid inlet cavity (101) is communicated with the second liquid inlet cavity (102), the second liquid inlet cavity (102) is separated from the mixing cavity (103), and the second valve core (300) is closed. When the first liquid inlet cavity (101) is separated from the second liquid inlet cavity (102), the second liquid inlet cavity (102) is communicated with the mixing cavity (103), and the first valve core (200) is closed. Two solutions can be ensured to be fully mixed in batches in the mixing cavity (103), thereby improving the mixing efficiency of the solutions.
