Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of achieving a filler port device that is in a product in which a liquid flowing through a tube passes through the tube and exerts the function thereof at a discharged portion, that is for filling the tube with the liquid to flow therethrough, and that facilitates easy filling of the liquid. The present invention also addresses the problem of achieving a water filler port device that is used in a case of applying to clothing or the like a cooling unit utilizing a function of cooling water flowing through a hollow fiber membrane to be discharged from micropores or the like of a sidewall thereof, and that facilitates easy attachment and detachment of the cooling unit to and from the clothing. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a filler port which is an inlet of a liquid to be filled in; an outlet contiguous to a tube; and a guide passage for connecting between the filler port and the outlet. The filler port is exposed to the outside on a function application target so as to enable filling of a liquid into the function application target from outside. Further, the filler port is provided to a button-like member, and the function application target is provided with a button hole, whereby with a motion of engaging a button with a button hole, it is possible to attach the filler port device to the function application target.
