Title:
WATER FAILURE AUTO-CUTOFF VALVE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/101115
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A water failure auto-cutoff valve. A first spool (5), a second spool (16), a sliding spool (17) and a valve seat (18) are fitted in a valve body (6) of the water failure auto-cutoff valve. When a handle (10) is rotated to the opening position, a main water hole (13) in the first spool (5) and a main water hole (13) in the second spool (16) are communicated, and a control water hole (5a) is communicated with a first through hole (16a) through a second through hole (16c) and a water channel (17a). When the handle (10) is rotated to the closing position, the first spool (5) blocks the main water hole (13) in the second spool (16), and the control water hole (5a) is directly communicated only with the first through hole (16a); when a main water hole of the sliding spool (17) is communicated with the main water hole (13) of the second spool (16), the water channel (17a) is exactly communicated with the first through hole (16a); when the main water hole of the sliding spool (17) blocks the main water hole (13) of the second spool (16), the water channel (17a) and the first through hole (16a) are separated. When water is re-supplied after water failure, the water failure auto-cutoff valve can be normally used only after the handle is rotated to the closing position, so that waste on water resources can be avoided. The water failure auto-cutoff valve is especially applicable to public places using water.
