Abstract:
A water-cooled iron storage type molten iron trough structure, comprising: a working layer (1) in direct contact with a high-temperature mixed molten liquid, and a permanent layer (2) and a steel housing (3) covering outside the working layer (1); the permanent layer (2) is formed by building carbon-containing refractory bricks; and a water cooling device is provided on at a position, corresponding to the trough depth of the molten iron trough, on an outer side wall of the steel housing (3). The water-cooling device is attached on the outer wall of the steel housing (3), and high-aluminum casting materials or high-aluminum bricks used in a permanent layer of a traditional iron storage type molten iron trough are changed into carbon composite brick building having excellent thermal conductivity. Cooling water circularly flowing in the water cooling device takes away abundant heat from the molten iron trough, and keeps the temperature inside the molten iron trough constant, so that destructive effects, such as penetration, abrasion and erosion, caused by slag iron acting on a lining of the molten iron trough are kept within rational ranges; in addition, the water cooling device is mounted on the outer side of the steel housing of the molten iron trough, and even if water leakage occurs, the water still cannot enter the interior of the molten iron trough, thereby ensuring that the molten iron cannot meet water, achieving safe water cooling.
