Abstract:
A water addition plug 20 for a lead-acid battery comprises: a plug body 30 having a tubular outer circumferential wall extending in an axial direction; a plug lid portion 37 for closing an opening portion 35c of an end face of the outer circumferential wall of the plug body 30; a float 63; and a float shaft 61 attached to the float 63. The float shaft 61 moves in the axial direction inside the plug body 30. The outer circumferential wall of the plug body 30 surrounds a tip-end 61A of the float shaft 61 moving in the axial direction. The plug lid portion 37 closes the opening portion 35c at a position spaced apart in the axial direction.
