Abstract:
A waste treatment apparatus for the electronic manufacturing industry, comprising an apparatus body (1). A control panel (6) is provided at a front end of the apparatus body (1); a motor (2) is provided at a side end of the apparatus body (1); a reaction box (4) is provided at the lower end of the apparatus body (1); a feeding pipe (3) is provided on the outer surface of a side end of the reaction box (4), and a sealing plug (5) is provided on the outer surface of the lower end of the reaction box (4); a communicating pipe (9) is provided on the outer surface of the side end of the apparatus body (1); a water pump (8) is provided on the outer surface of the lower end of the communicating pipe (9), and a water tank (7) is provided at a side end of the water pump (8); a crushing roller (10) is provided on the inner side of the apparatus body (1). According to the waste treatment apparatus for the electronic manufacturing industry, by means of cooperation between the crushing roller (10) and the motor (2) and between a transmission belt (12) and transmission wheels (11), electronic waste can be crushed to fully react with a chemical solution, thereby improving waste treatment efficiency; by means of cooperation between the water pump (8) and the water tank (7) and between a fixed water pipe (13) and a spray nozzle (14), the apparatus body (1) can be effectively cleaned without manual operations, thereby saving labor force.
