Abstract:
Disclosed are a waste paper shredding component and device. The waste paper shredding component comprises: a knife roller capable of rotating about its axis; a flying knife (10') mounted on the knife roller and comprising a first blade means (11'); a knife holder; and a bottom knife (20') mounted on the knife holder. The bottom knife comprises a second blade means (21') engaging with the first blade means to cut waste paper. The second blade means extends in a direction along the axis of the knife roller. The first blade means (11') is inclined with respect to the second blade means, such that when the knife roller rotates, the first blade means can progressively engage with the second blade means from a first end thereof. A tooth means (12') is formed at least at an area of the first end corresponding to the second blade means.
