Abstract:
A waste heat recycling device for a glycerin refining production process, comprising a first condenser (1), an air inlet of the first condenser (1) is connected to an air outlet of a distillation still (2) by means of a pipe, an air outlet of the first condenser (1) is connected to an air inlet of a second condenser (3) by means of a pipe, distillate outlets of the first condenser (1) and second condenser (3) are respectively connected to a distillate temporary collection tank (4) by means of pipes, the device further comprises a steam drum (5), an air outlet of a cooling medium shell side of the first condenser (1) is connected to an air inlet of the steam drum (5) by means of a pipe, an air outlet of the steam drum (5) is connected to a steam distribution platform (6) by means of a pipe; a liquid inlet of the steam drum (5) is connected to a steam drum replenishment tank (7) by means of a pipe, and a liquid outlet of the steam drum (5) is connected to a liquid inlet of the cooling medium shell side of the first condenser (1) by means of a pipe. The device achieves the recycling of waste heat steam generated by water phase high temperature gasification on the shell side of the first condenser (1) during glycerol refining, thus fully utilizing thermal energy, and greatly saving energy.
