Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waste battery pack disassembly system. The present invention comprises: a case disassembly unit that includes a first global camera, a case disassembly robot, and a case gripping and transfer robot, and disassembles a case of a waste battery pack; a component removal unit that includes a second global camera, a component disassembly robot, and a component gripping and transfer robot, and removes a component of the waste battery pack received from the case disassembly unit; a battery module separation unit that includes a third global camera, a plurality of battery module separation robots, and a heavy load transfer robot, and separates a battery module from the waste battery pack received from the component removal unit; a battery module disassembly unit that includes a fourth global camera, a battery module disassembly robot, and a battery module gripping and transfer robot, and disassembles the battery module received from the battery module separation unit; a battery material recovery unit that includes a fifth global camera, a battery material recovery robot, and a battery cell cutting robot, and recovers a battery material from the disassembled battery module received from the battery module disassembly unit; an image processing unit that analyzes images obtained from the first to fifth global cameras; and a vision recognition unit including a control unit that determines a disassembly order of the battery pack according to analysis results of the image processing unit. According to the present invention, a disassembly process of the waste battery pack can be fully automated.
