Abstract:
In the present invention, penetrating protrusions are provided at a number of locations in the peripheral direction of the reverse surface of a washer, the penetrating protrusions are tapered in a manner able to penetrate a subject by means of the tightening of a screw part such as a nut or bolt, and the tips have a curved surface shape or a flat surface shape. The penetrating protrusions are conical, and the tips thereof have a curved surface shape or a flat surface shape. The penetrating protrusions are pyramidal, and the outer peripheral surface corners (ridges) of the penetrating protrusions have a curved surface shape or a flat surface shape. The penetrating protrusions have a semicircular-cross-section cone or a crescent cone, and the tips thereof have a curved surface shape or a flat surface shape. The flat surfaces of the semicircular cone penetrating protrusions and the curved surfaces of the crescent cone penetrating protrusions protrude ahead in the direction of tightening rotation with respect to the center of the washer. Recessed sections recessed a step with respect to the reverse surface of the washer are provided to the section at the peripheral edge of the base of the penetrating protrusions and at the reverse surface of the washer, and the recessed sections are able to accommodate the entry of the material rising up from the subject as a result of the penetration of the subject by the penetrating protrusions.
