Abstract:
A washable and reusable protective mask and a manufacturing process thereof, relating to the technical field of personal respiratory protection devices. A mask body of the mask comprises a surface layer (1), an inner layer (2), and a middle layer (3) arranged between the surface layer (2) and the inner layer (2); the middle layer (3) comprises a first middle layer (31), a second middle layer (32), and a third middle layer (33) which are sequentially stacked and ultrasonically compounded; the first middle layer (31) and the third middle layer (33) are both polypropylene spunbonded non-woven fabric layers; the second middle layer (32) is a spunlace electret treated polypropylene melt-blown fabric layer; the polypropylene melt-blown fabric layer is a polypropylene melt-blown fabric layer formed by processing of a polypropylene melt-blown material comprising 6-7wt.% of electret master batches, and the electret master batches comprise inorganic electret powder, organic electret powder, a compatilizer, a processing aid, and a polypropylene resin. The protective mask formed by the process has the advantages of PFE≥99% and BEF≥99%, the number of times of washing can be up to 20 times, and the filtering efficiency of the mask after washing can still realize the effects of PFE≥95% and BEF≥95%.
