Abstract:
A warp knitting variable-speed uniform-tension yarn feeding device and a weaving method, relating to the technical field of textiles. The device comprises a warp beam (1), a connecting rod frame (2), a guide bar (6), a looping mechanism, and a pulling and winding mechanism, wherein the connection rod frame (2) is connected to a yarn winding wheel (3) and a yarn guide plate (4); a yarn (14) is wound around the warp beam (1), and the yarn winding wheel (3) is positioned between the warp beam (1) and the guide bar (6); the yarn winding wheel (3) comprises a yarn inlet (301), a yarn winding reel (303) and a yarn outlet (304); the yarn winding reel (303) is provided with a tension sensor; the yarn guide plate (4) is provided with a yarn guide hole; the yarn is fed out by means of the rotation of the warp beam (1); and after being fed into the yarn inlet (301) of the yarn winding wheel (3), the yarn is wound around the yarn winding shaft (303) by a plurality of turns, guided out from the yarn outlet (304), and passes through the yarn guide hole in the yarn guide plate (4). The device actively adjusts the tension by means of the variable-speed tension yarn winding wheel during yarn feeding, compensates the tension error caused by looping in time, such that the yarn is not prone to being broken, the knitting efficiency is high, and the textile has a smooth surface and high quality.
