Abstract:
Disclosed are a warp knitted structural air layer textured fabric and a manufacturing method therefor. The fabric comprises a fabric body. The fabric body comprises a surface layer (1), a structural air layer (3), and a bottom layer (2) which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom. The structural air layer (3) is woven by yarn having rigid support, and a first texture taking the structural air layer (3) as a substrate is formed on the surface of the surface layer. The fabric further comprises a pattern layer (4). The pattern layer (4) is located between the surface layer (1) and the structural air layer (3), and a second texture taking the pattern layer (4) as substrate is formed on the surface of the surface layer (1). The air structure layer is woven between the surface layer and the bottom layer by using the yarn having rigid support. The air structure layer matches the surface layer, so that the first texture is formed on the surface of the surface layer. Compared with a texture formed by hot pressing, the shape and air permeability of the whole fabric are not influenced; the combination of the first texture and the air structure layer improves the air permeability, shape retention, and abrasion resistance of the whole fabric; moreover, the fabric has a strong visual impact and a comfortable sense of touch.
