Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of integrated circuits, and particularly relates to a voltage reference generation circuit, and a chip and an electronic device. The voltage reference generation circuit comprises: a reference voltage generation circuit, which is used for generating a first reference voltage; and a voltage stabilization circuit, which comprises a voltage conversion circuit, a source-current voltage stabilization branch and a sink-current voltage stabilization branch, wherein the voltage conversion circuit is used for converting the first reference voltage into a voltage reference, converting the voltage reference into a first control voltage when the voltage reference generation circuit receives an external source current, and converting the voltage reference into a second control voltage when the voltage reference generation circuit receives an external sink current, the source-current voltage stabilization branch receives the first control voltage, and the sink-current voltage stabilization branch receives the second control voltage, so as to perform voltage stabilization on the voltage reference, thereby improving the reliability of the circuit.
