[Problem] To use a microphone that is attached to a wearable item to acquire, efficiently and with high quality, the voice produced by a user. [Solution] The present invention relates to a voice processing device. This voice processing device is characterized by comprising: a wearable item that is worn on a user's body, and has a plurality of microphone arrays attached thereto; and an area sound acquisition means that, on the basis of input signals supplied from each of the microphone arrays, acquires beamformer output in which directivities have been formed from each of the microphone arrays toward a target area including a target location on the user's body, and uses the acquired beamformer output to acquire target area sound for which the target area serves as the sound source, wherein the respective directivities of the microphone arrays overlap only in one region, which includes the target area.
