Abstract:
Disclosed are a vision inspection system using a mobile robot and a method therefor. A vision inspection system using a mobile robot, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a mobile robot that moves to at least one designated inspection position (P) and photographs an inspection area of a component used to assemble a product; and an inspection server that acquires a photographed inspection image from the mobile robot, automatically calculates an image deviation of the inspection image compared to a reference image reflecting a repeated position error of the robot for each inspection position, and evaluates the quality of assembly of the inspection image for each inspection position through an inspection algorithm trained through image augmentation reflecting a range of the image deviation.
