The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of computers. Provided are a video processing method and apparatus, and a device, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises: acquiring a first target frame sequence and a first target mask sequence of a video to be processed; performing frame extraction processing, so as to obtain a first sampling frame sequence, a first residual frame sequence, a first sampling mask sequence, and a first residual mask sequence; performing optical flow propagation and image inpainting processing, so as to obtain a first inpainted sampling frame sequence and a first inpainted residual frame sequence; and merging the first inpainted sampling frame sequence and the first inpainted residual frame sequence, so as to obtain an inpainted video of the video to be processed. In the present disclosure, a sampling frame sequence and a first sampling mask sequence can be processed first by means of frame extraction processing, so as to obtain a first inpainted sampling frame sequence; and a first residual frame sequence is then processed by means of the first inpainted sampling frame sequence, so as to acquire an inpainted video. The present disclosure can improve the video processing efficiency.
