Abstract:

In the present invention, the quality of a video at the time of video reconstruction by a super-resolution technology or the like is improved by transmitting region-reconstructing information from a network-side device to a terminal-side device. This video processing device divides a video into multiple regions with use of region-reconstructing information, and video-reconstructing information is included in each of the multiple regions obtained through the division. The region-reconstructing information is generated on the basis of classification information associated with the video.
