Abstract:
One or more embodiments of the description relate to a vibration sensor. The vibration sensor comprises: a vibration assembly, the vibration assembly comprising a mass element and an elastic element, and the mass element being connected to the elastic element; a first acoustic cavity, the elastic element constituting one of the side walls of the first acoustic cavity, and the vibration assembly vibrating in response to an external vibration signal to cause the volume of the first acoustic cavity to change; an acoustic transducer in communication with the first acoustic cavity, the acoustic transducer generating an electrical signal in response to a volume change of the first acoustic cavity; and a cushioning component that limits the vibration amplitude of the vibration assembly, wherein the acoustic transducer has a first resonant frequency, the vibration assembly has a second resonant frequency, and the vibration assembly is configured to have a second resonant frequency lower than the first resonant frequency in one or more target frequency bands.
