Abstract:
Provided is a vibration motor, comprising a housing (10) and a stator (20) and oscillator (30) and flexible member (41) accommodated in the housing (10); the oscillator (30) comprises a counterweight block (33) fixedly connected to the flexible member (41) and having a mounting cavity (33a) and a magnetic circuit structure (31) accommodated in the mounting cavity (33a), the counterweight block (33) comprising an inner wall (331) arranged surroundingly to form a mounting cavity (33a); the magnetic circuit structure (31) is fixed to the inner wall (331); the stator (20) is at least partially accommodated in the mounting cavity (33a) and arranged spaced from the inner wall (331); the stator (20) comprises an iron core (21) fixed to the housing (10) and a coil (24) wound on the surface of the iron core (21) and arranged opposite to the magnetic circuit structure (31); the magnetic circuit structure (31) comprises a first magnet assembly (311) and a second magnet assembly (312) disposed at the two sides of the stator (20) and symmetrical with respect to the stator (20), and magnetically permeable tabs (314) are arranged on the surface of the first magnet assembly (311) facing the stator (20) and on the surface of the second magnet assembly (312) facing the stator (20). By means of the magnetic conductivity of the magnetically permeable tabs, the present technical solution reduces the direct force between the first magnet assembly, the second magnet assembly, and the stator, thereby reducing the negative stiffness and improving the performance of the vibration motor.
