Abstract:
A restricted passage (24) in the present invention is provided with: a first communication part (26) which opens to a first liquid chamber; a second communication part (27) which opens to a second liquid chamber; and a main body flow path (25) which allows the first communication part (26) and the second communication part (27) to communicate with each other. The main body flow path (25) is provided with a swirl chamber (34) which generates a swirling flow in a liquid in accordance with the flow rate of the liquid from the side of one among the first communication part (26) and the second communication part (27). The swirl chamber (34) is provided away from the other among the first communication part (26) and the second communication part (27).
