Abstract:

A restricted passageway (24) is provided with a first communication unit (26) which is formed in a first barrier wall (34) that is opposite a first liquid chamber and which opens to the first liquid chamber, a second communication unit (27) which is formed in a second barrier wall (35) that is opposite a second liquid chamber and which opens to the second liquid chamber, and a main body flow path (25) which allows communication between the first communication unit (26) and the second communication unit (27); at least one of the first communication unit (26) and the second communication unit (27) is provided with multiple fine holes (26a) passing through the first barrier wall (34) or the second barrier wall (35). In the part of the main body flow path (25) connecting to the at least one of the first communication unit (26) and the second communication unit (27), a vortex chamber (29) is arranged which, depending on the flow velocity of the liquid from the other of the first communication unit (26) and the second communication unit (27), forms a swirl flow in the liquid and causes said liquid to flow through and out of the fine holes (26a).
