Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vertical light-emitting nanorod laser diode and a manufacturing method therefor, and, more specifically, to a vertical light-emitting nanorod laser diode and a manufacturing method therefor, the diode being able to vertically emit light even without using a DBR due to nitride-based nanorod LED structures being deposited as a thin film on a substrate and the deposited nanorod LED structures themselves being used as a light-reflecting plate for laser oscillation.
