Abstract:
The present invention provides a ventilation valve (1) for a building sewage pipe (100), wherein the ventilation valve is installed in the building sewage pipe (100) to allow outside air to flow into the sewage pipe 100, block malodors, and facilitate drainage. The present invention comprises: a body (2) installed to communicate with the sewage pipe (100) and provided with a vent hole (21) that passes through vertically to allow outside air to flow in and be supplied to the sewage pipe (100); an opening/closing means (4) installed so as to slide due to negative pressure and positive pressure generated in the sewage pipe (100), and thereby open or close the vent hole (21) of the body (2); and a vent cover (3) which is coupled to an upper portion of the body (2) to protect, from the outside, the opening/closing means (4) positioned below, and in which an outside air inlet hole (31) passes through the inside and the outside so that predetermined outside air flows in. Accordingly, the ventilation valve (1) opens and closes more smoothly even after long-term use, and malodors from the sewage pipe (100) can be fundamentally blocked by preventing the malodors from leaking out through the ventilation valve (1), and since the period of use of the ventilation valve (1) can be extended, there are expected to be numerous effects such as a reduction in economic loss and a decrease in inconvenience of use.
