The present invention relates to a ventilation device for an air respirator mask. The ventilation device according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed in a mask body of the air respirator mask, wherein the mask body is worn on the face of a user, and is connected to an air tank to provide an inhalation flow path between an inner space of the mask body and the air tank and an exhalation flow path between the inner space and the outside, and the ventilation device comprises: a valve connector which is installed in the mask body and onto the mask body; a connector cover which is coupled to the valve assembly from outside of the mask body; and a manual opening/closing valve which is arranged on the connector cover and is rotationally manipulated to allow the air in the exhalation flow path to flow bi-directionally. According to the present invention, the air in the exhalation flow path, through which exhalation of a mask wearer is discharged to the outside, can selectively flow bi-directionally, and thus, the wearer can inhale outside air while wearing the mask according to his/her choice. Thus, air consumption in the air tank can be minimized, and as such, it is possible to extend the time to carry out firefighting and life-saving works in and out of a fire scene.
