Abstract:
In the present invention: a front wheel drive unit (1F) is configured such that a first rotor (21F) is arranged on a first shaft (A1F), a first differential input gear (51F) is arranged on a second shaft (A2F), and the second shaft (A2F) is arranged on the lengthwise rear side (XR) with respect to the first shaft (A1F); and a rear wheel drive unit (1R) is configured such that a second rotor (21R) is arranged on a third shaft (A1R), a second differential input gear (51R) is arranged on a fourth shaft (A2R), and the fourth shaft (A2R) is arranged on the lengthwise front side (XF) with respect to the third shaft (A1R). The first rotor (21F) is arranged on the widthwise first side (Y1) with respect to a first transmission gear mechanism, and the second rotor (21R) is arranged on the widthwise second side (Y2) with respect to a second transmission gear mechanism. An inter-shaft distance between the first shaft (A1F) and the second shaft (A2F) and the inter-shaft distance between the third shaft (A1R) and the fourth shaft (A2R) are identical. When a vehicle (100) travels, the first rotor (21F) and the second rotor (21R) rotate in opposite directions.
