Abstract:
A vehicle transmission parking gear unlocking device (10) and a vehicle. The vehicle transmission parking gear unlocking device (10) comprises an outer sleeve (1) and a cord assembly (2). A wall of the outer sleeve (1) is provided with a slideway (11) and a first position-limiting slot (12). The slideway (11) communicates with the first position-limiting slot (12). The bottom of the outer sleeve (1) is provided with a through hole and a cord (4) passing therethrough. The cord assembly (2) comprises an inner sleeve (21), an elastic member (22), and a pull tab (23). The inner sleeve (21) is adapted to connect to another end of the cord (4). An end portion of the elastic member (22) extends out of the inner sleeve (21), and can be switched from the first position-limiting slot (12) to the slideway (11) and slide thereon, such that the inner sleeve (21) drives a rocker arm of a transmission parking gear to unlock the parking gear.
