Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a vehicle seat and a vehicle having same. The vehicle seat comprises: a seat pan mounting support, which is provided with a front portion and a rear portion that are opposite each other; a seat pan, which is provided with a fixed end rotatably fixed to the rear portion and a movable end opposite the fixed end; a connecting support, which is fixedly connected to the movable end, and is provided with a locking member; and a locking mechanism, which is arranged at the front portion and can form a releasable locking connection with the locking member, so as to constrain the movable end on the front portion. In the vehicle seat, the seat pan can be easily disassembled and assembled by means of cooperation of the locking member and the locking mechanism, the assembly process is optimized, and the assembly cost and the processing cost are saved on.
