A bracket 20 has: a fixed plate section 21 that is fixed to a vehicle; and a flat first support-plate section 22 that is bent from the fixed plate section 21. A support plate member 30 has a flat second support-plate section 31 that is fixed to the first support-plate section 22 so as to overlap with a one-side outer surface 22a that forms a reflex angle with the fixed plate section 21. A coupling member 10 has a flanged fitting protrusion 12 having a non-circular outer circumference and is fixed to a pipe hose 1. One of the first and second support-plate sections 22, 31 is provided with an insertion hole 32 having such a shape and size as to make it possible for a section of the coupling member 10, except the fitting protrusion 12, to be inserted therethrough and as to make it impossible for the fitting protrusion 12 to be inserted therethrough. The other one of the first and second support-plate sections 22, 31 is provided with a non-circular fitting hole 26 that communicates with the insertion hole 32 and into which the fitting protrusion 12 can be fitted from the opposite side thereof from the insertion hole 32 in a state in which the section of the coupling member 10 is inserted through the insertion hole 32.
