Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a primary delivery vehicle position detection unit (1091) for detecting the position of a primary delivery vehicle (2): a secondary delivery vehicle position detection unit (1092) for detecting the position of a secondary delivery vehicle (3); a surrounding conditions detection unit (1093) for detecting the surrounding conditions of the primary delivery vehicle (2) and the surrounding conditions of the secondary delivery vehicle (3); and a boarding/alighting instruction unit (1094) that causes the primary delivery vehicle (2) to travel while causing the secondary delivery vehicle (3) to board or alight in a boarding/alighting segment (5) on the basis of the detection result by the primary delivery vehicle position detection unit (1091), the detection result by the secondary delivery vehicle position detection unit (1092), and the detection results of the surrounding conditions detection unit (1093).
