Abstract:
A vehicle control device that controls a vehicle equipped with a drive source, a frictional transmission mechanism provided between the drive source and drive wheels, and a fluid transmission mechanism provided between the frictional transmission mechanism and the drive source. The vehicle control device is equipped with a suppression means that suppresses the decrease in the speed ratio when the vehicle begins to move forward and the speed ratio of the fluid transmission mechanism becomes a negative value.
